SOLAR POWERED JUTE / NATURAL FIBRE SPINNING MACHINE

 

REQUIREMENT

 

India has a lot of natural fibres growing in various parts of the country. The natural fibre is extracted and then sold as a raw material to various industries. The harvest and sale of these natural fibres does not provide adequate returns to the grower. To get adequate returns on the harvest it must be converted into a semifinished material, hence a Solar powered fibre spinning machine was designed which can provide spinning for many types of natural fibres like Banana stem fibre, Jute,coir etc. The spun fibre becomes a semifinished material and fetches better returns on the harvest. The machine is portable and can be carried to field and used independent of electric or human power. The conversion provides easy movement of material as a large volume of fibre becomes very compact and easy to carry in form of spun material.
